The Lambert High School FIRST Robotics Team #9477 was founded in 2023.

In 2024, the team was awarded the Rookie Inspiration Award, District Rookie All Star Award, and the District Championship Rookie All Star Award, qualifying the team to attend and compete at the World Championship in Houston, TX. In 2025, the team expanded into two robot builds, competing with the Lambda Robot at competitions. The team was awarded the Industrial Design Award sponsored by General Motors, the Excellence in Engineering Award, and earned a spot as Alliance Captains at the Peachtree District Championship. In 2026, the team will be competing with each robot build at various district and regional competitions, allowing more students hands on experience.

Lambert Robotics Is: One Team - Two Builds

We are Lambert Robotics Team #9477, one team united with two robot groups: Lambda and Gamma. Each group builds and competes with its own robot, but together we share the same mission, culture, and identity. Our team builds two robots, not two teams. Lambda and Gamma are simply the names of our two robot groups—both equal, both essential, both representing Team #9477.
